theme chosen. http://entertainmenttoronto.platinumj.ca/index.php

please i need 2 things.

1-how do i get the user and main menus to show on the side? they are turned on but the theme doesn't seem to recognize them.

2-how do i get the nav bar to change? i edited the globalnav.html, changing the the links and link text so the first button should read 'Home' and link back to the index page.

thanks!

j

**ok, so awhile later i found the .psd Does this solve my nav bar issue? this is something i remember...making buttons for the menu. =D

hi'

1) Be sure to select Top page in list if you want to display your block on index page. Or All pages if you want to see it on all your site. Be sure also to thick yes to display option.

2) In system module, General settings, thick yes to the option "Check templates for modifications" ... if not, all informations are stored in cache folder (xoops_data/caches/smarty_compile/)

there is a problem with the theme, as everything works fine with default theme.

when i activate nightclub theme only the header and footer show...no content.

thinking it might have been the installation, i got a fresh download and started it from scratch. no luck...

any ideas?

The issue is the theme. Please provide a link to the theme so we can look at the theme code and see why the blocks don't show.

Also, what version of XOOPS are you using? Some old themes aren't fully aligned with the later XOOPS and may need an update.
