This is a Filemanager v3.00 module hack.
Now it's compatible with latest XOOPS versions and it can runs also with register_globals = Off
(original version cannot!)

Thanks to:

This is a Filemanager v3.00 module hack. It's compatible with latest XOOPS versions, it can runs also with register_globals = Off
(original version cannot!)

Some new features in this version:
- file permissions in files list
- it's possible to choose the editor for files (try EditArea script editor)

Language definitions are changed, sorry but standards are standards

FileManager 3.03 Module available here:
http://luciorota.altervista.org/xoops/modules/wfdownloads/singlefile.php?cid=2&lid=4

EditArea script editor for XOOPS available here:http://luciorota.altervista.org/xoops/modules/wfdownloads/singlefile.php?cid=2&lid=17)

If someone wish, I'm working on CodeMirror Editor for xoops...

hi'

Thanks !

Very useful and intuitive tool :
• to move / add / delete images
• to edit html or php files
• create new files

For my own usage, I don't know if I will use it instead of Filezilla / Notepad++ (work habits).

But... but for some administrators of my site, who don't use Filezilla (too dangerous !), it would be fantastic to be able to manage permissions.

• first example : if I want my administrator edit main menu template in wysiwyg mode (screenshot), it would be nice that they have a direct access to template and not all folders tree

Resized Image

• second example : if I want a member upload a big file to server, it would be nice that he gets his own folder (hidden for others) and that I - as super administrator - would be able to set a quota.

... that's a new module, yours is already a great tool. Just to give ideas because I can't help about code

(sorry for bad english)
