Me sale el siguiente mensaje,
Atención: la carpeta /home/vol4/000space.com/space_4134845/htdocs/X2/xoops_lib se encuentra dentro la carpeta raíz.
Por razones de seguridad es recomendable moverlo fuera de la carpeta raíz.

si borro la carpeta o la cambio de sitio la web ya no se visualiza

You have to move it one level down, aside eg www, htdocs, .. or whatever it is called.

If I move the folder stops working the web.

You have to update the mainfile.php to point to the correct directories. See here
