Is there possible to change the background colour and header when changeing menu? And if ... how ?

You can use defacer or another technique is by renaming the canvas div with the modulename as done here (see html source).

http://www.babylonbyxoops.net/ has another design relating to modules but is there possible to have another design on pages it self and not relating to spesific modules?

As Ghia suggested, have a good look at defacer. It sounds like it would do exactly what you want.
