Hi from a redfaced Hakim

I deleted three tables from my sql database, misunderstanding a previous advice:

xoops_tplfile
xoops_tplset
xoops_tplsource

No, I didn't back them up despite being told to, arrogant fool that I am.

I would like to recreate these but need to know the structure of the tables to do that.

Or am I better off to reinstall as punishment for my stupidity?

To save the most do:
Backup the database.
Erase the tables from the database
Upload the install directory.
Do the install (make sure to use everywhere your current settings).
Restore the other tables from your backup.

Backup up the total.
