Error in Xoopsgallery "Cannot re-assign $this"

Hi,
since i Upgraded my Server (to PHP5/Xoops 2.3.3) i got the following Error:

Fatal error: Cannot re-assign $this in /var/www/modules/xoopsgallery/classes/Album.php on line 412

Version 1.34 of Xoopsgallery seems to be very old, so I try to look around for a new Version. I found there must be Xoopsgallery 2.1 RC4 but all Links in the Support Forum : Have a look here --->
are 404... Since i have alot of Photostuff allready, i wanna get my gallery working again. Is there anyone who can provide me the new Version. I would appreciate any assistance or suggestions related to that issue.

Seems like the xoopsgallery is not quite ready for php5, but somewhere I am sure I have seen an updated version 2.1 RC. I will look for it and get back
