Hi. I have a strange problem with 2 modules - system and xfsection. When I want to add new block is system module I get an error:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /modules/system/admin.php on this server.
This error shows only when block content is like that:
sometext
If I type:

everything is good, block will be created.
This error first occured nearly two month ego. Before that everything was good. I tried to copy file admin.php from backup, but it didnt help. I also update XOOPS from 2.0.9.2 to 2.3.3, but again it didnt work.
Such story is with xfsection module. In addition I must say that I log in as admin.
