I tested your module myinvite, plese see it from here

This is the error message in Live/Hotmail
Unable to get contacts!

Any idea to fixed this problem?

maybe there is many changes to hotmail plugins, try this one please, because it works im sure, im using it in a website

Good thing is I don't have to worry about that. There is a link in admin section 'about', use it to get updated plugins.
