I've installed XOOPS 2.3.2 recently from scratch, not an update, and managed to get it running for a few days. But when i started making changes to the blocks, it doesnt show up any changes. all it says is database is successfully updated but the front page doesnt show any changes.

I've checked the permissions and they're all perfect for the blocks, but many mods such as calender, forum and such just wont show up. Another thing is, when i tried to edit the theme, it didnt even show any changes to the theme, even the words and links for the top buttons were still the same.

Although i dont think the problem is with themes as other themes show the same problem, even default. Is there any solution to this?

See here. Most of the time, the number (1) is sufficient to see the changes.

Once you're done, revert the changes in the Admin, i.e. set "Update module template .html files from themes/your theme/templates directory?" to "NO"
