Hi everyone,

Please what should we do to make sending emails work. I created two test accounts: Member N1 wants to contact Member2 by email in catads. But member2 doesn't receive anything.

Is that normal? do i have to configure something?

Thank you

Sorry i found the emails in Spam folder.

Is there any way to prevent hotmail, yahoo, and gmail from considering the emails coming from XOOPS sites as spam?

it's not about XOOPS as it is, it's about your email address.

i don't think you can do anything. i've got ebay and yahoo official notifications put in spam folder. due to the spam madness mail services providers are gone nuts considering everybody a spammer. i can't even reach some websites cos they believe due to some sucker website my ip is a spammer's one. but that's offtopic...
