to post a comment you've got to click a post comment link first to be redirected to the post comment page. is there any way to make it look like a "fast reply" box in cbb so you could comment at once.

About what module are you talking?
Isn't there a MyComments module or something that can do this?

I am talking about all the modules in general. They all seem to have the same comment system. As in regard to MyComments, I thought it is only for tracking comments by a user.

The comments system is part of the XOOPS core whereas "fast reply" is a feature of the CBB Forums module. It would take a fair bit of hacking to achieve what is asked for and mods could be lost on upgrade, etc.

Feature Request for future versions methinks

you can change the editor to be a basic editor

No, due to the configuration option 'quickreply' of this, it is easy to isolate the needed code from newbb and to integrate it on the same way to a target module.

thanks guys for suggestions. I'll give a gijoe's product a shot.
btw it's the defenders' day today in Russia so if anybody served in the army ever or even fought for his homeland my congrats ))
