I need to upgrade to the newest version and was wondering if I can pay someone to perform the upgrade for me. I have little time and thie new upgrade makes me a bit nervous to perform myself.

Will You wait to 2.3.3 is released? There is may bug fix in that release.
The 2.3.3RC is very close

I am ready when you are. The only module that is important to keep intact is the Photo Gallery. The other mods can be substituted if needed or if better ones are available.
