OKay I am almost getting my template where I want it but have one minor error which I just cannot for the life of me figure out..

I cant change the color in my newbb to reflect my template, i looked error so can someone please assist and tell me what to edit? (thanks)

It's not your template but the style files (css).
Add a color to '#index_forum a' in newbb.css and to '.odd, tr.odd td' and '.even, tr.even td' in style.css .
