Hello Xoops, I am wondering if anyone can help me?
I am building a new site and ran into this little problem, when I click on "Notifictions" in the Users menu I get this error:

This page cannot be displayed due to an internal error.

You can provide the following information to the administrators of this site to help them solve the problem:

Error: No Module is loaded

Any suggestions as to why? Other than this error, the site seems to work just fine. Economy Motor Works

I did run, however I found nothing.
I re-installed XOOPS and found when I setup some modules "small ads" and "cbb" using there individual nottification programs. The user menus notifications no longer works and I get;

This page cannot be displayed due to an internal error.
