xoops 2.3 and tiny editor not compatable?

I can not get the tiny editor to work with user page in xoopx 2.3
any sugestions?

What kind of problems do you have?

Which version of TinyEditor do you use?

I just installed on my Test site, and it works w/o problems:

XOOPS Version - XOOPS 2.3.1 RC
PHP Version - 5.2.6
MySQL Version - 5.0.51a-community-nt
Server API Version - apache2handler
Support XOOPS => DONATE
