Problem in upgrading (2.0.18.1 to 2.3)

Hi

When I try to upgrade my XOOPS from 2.0.18.1 to 2.3, and as I upload and overwrite new files, I see all the pages white!
index, admin.php or /upgrade

what should I do to solve the problem?

did you follow upgrade instructions (/docs/release_note.txt), step by step?
Do synergy or die.

yes I did, in fact, I did exactly the same process in 2 other sites, but in my personal website, I faced this problem.

What can be the fault?

Us the checksum tool to make sure all files are uploaded properly. Or try a reupload.

re-overwriting the whole files solved the problem.
