Hello

I need a few tips on how to upgrade my website, it's been a couple of years since I bothered to do anything much with it, but Now it's time to upgrade :)

I'm running version 2.0.13.2 atm, but I can't find any upgrades that works for an old build like it.

You need to upgrade using the "Full Package", a link for which appears at the top of the homepage.

Instructions are in the package

Hi, download the latest stable FULL package (2.0.18.1) and in the readme the process is described...

You should use the full package to upgrade.
