I'd like to build a short simple form containing Name and Email only, or maybe some additional simple fields.

When the user clicks on "Submit" the form submits to a link the data such as:

http://www.mysite.com/report/name="name"&email="email"

Can XOOPS help me with it? What if I want to put also Gender and there is no Gender in the reg. form, how do I do it then? I think it should be simple but I don't know how...

Sounds like you need the Liaise module.

You can make the form as simple or complicated as you like. There's an "example form that you can use/edit or you can make your own new one.

For the XOOPS 2.0.x branch use v1.26 from here.

Works fine with XOOPS 2.0.18.1/php5

For the 2.2.x branch use v1.50 from here.

Not tried this one personally.
