CBB 3.08 Problem with Forum Moderation

Hi,

i have a problem regarding the administration of CBB 3.08 forums.
When i add a new forum or modify an existing forum i must select a moderator.
The links "list", "search", "delete" below the select box are missing. I have done quite a few installations on XOOPS 2.0.18 now and always the same problem.
Everything else is working just fine with the module.

Can someone give me a clue what i do wrong?
