I am very new to the website stuff, and I had a guy design my site for me. SO without knowing a whole lot I feel there is a big communication gap, so here is my question as I try to figure out how to do things on my own. I am trying to be able to back up the site, so i go to the administration area and I find the tools option, I click on it and it says "back up directory does not exist. Please set this in the configure.php" WHat does this mean? can anyone tell me how I would go about this? I have very little direction, we are having fun with our site and people are starting to use it so we do not want to shut it down. ANy info would be great!

Do you have access to the cpanel?

it will be somthing like:
yoursite. com/cpanel
or
yoursite. com/controlpanel

if you do, just use the full site backup or backup wizard.
