with debug on I get:

Quote:
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

What you can try:
Diagnose Connection Problems

More information

Never have I had that happen before. I turn off debug and go into admin/system/modules and everything is okay except the newbb module doesn't show at bottom for install.

Do you have other modules uploaded, but not installed?

Any luck with FF or Opera?

You may try only with frameworks 1.2 and see if it will show...

That did it stefan88! Thank you! I switched back to Frameworks 1.20 and all seems to be in order now. So what I am now using with XOOPS 2.0.17.1 are:

xoopseditor-1.21
Frameworks-1.20
CBB-3.08

Thank you everyone for all the help.

Re: Which versions of Frameworks, Xoopseditor, CBB/Newbb ?

i cant get my xoopseditor to finalize

meaning the readme file says
1 Upload following folders and files onto your XOOPS root folderwhere the mainfile.php is located:

folder "class" (including a subfolder "xoopseditor" inside)

checksum.class-xoopseditor.md5
 checksum
.class-xoopseditor.php

2 Access http
://your-xoops-site-url/checksum.class-xoopseditor.php

If there are files missing or invalidreupload corresponding files

4 Once no missing
or invalid file foundremove the following files from your server:

checksum.class-xoopseditor.md5
 checksum
.class-xoopseditor.php

however it seems that ALL the files are showing in the results with a status of INVALID
so i need to reupload them
i have done and checked this 3 times now and still same results

i am using
Frameworks 122
Xoopseditor 121

i did not upload and install CBB because i can not find a download for it
i can however find a downlaod for NEWBB which i do not think is the same thing

help?
