Which the best??? (about directories modules)

I want to use a trading directory (yellow pages) but I do not know what is better?
1- xdirectory.
2- mxdirectory.
3- faqdirectory.
and there are others as I think.

Please help me to choose.

There is also EFQdirectory (http://www.efqdirectory.com/)

I think only mxdirectory and efqdirectory are still in development (but I may be wrong about that).
