Xhelp - Database Schema ?

Hi all,

Does anybody know if the database schema is available for the Xhelp helpdesk module?

This would be very useful, if anybody has it?

Do you mean documentation for the schema, i.e., descriptions of the tables and columns, and their relationships? If so, I don't know of any such documentation. I've had to figure a lot of it out by studying the code.

Yea documentation is really what I am after.

I guess from the developers or from a very kind and helpful user of the module?
