how would you broadcast a web site with a hyphen?

If you have a web site say.........my-site.com, how would you tell people verbally about it? would you say my site.com with a hyphen or my hyphen site.com or? It just don't sound right no matter which way I go.

I run sail-japan.info and call it "sailjapan" unless someone is clearly asking for the URL.

Seems to work ok. Also searches usually pick it up when people search "sail japan" or "sailjapan"

we run et-main.com...just call it "et dash main dot com"
