How do I remove xoops flash banners and links from theme

Hi,

Just changed my theme and it has a XOOPS flash banner on the header, when you click on the banner it has a hot spot to take you off to another site, my question is: how do I remove the flash banner and hot spot links over the banner.

Either turn banners 'off' in XOOPS system prefs, or delete

<{$xoops_banner}>


from theme.html

Sorry, mis-read your post!. If the banner is hard-coded into theme.html you'll need to locate it and remove the code.
