Just wanted to jump right in and say thank you!

We had been using (still are) a super old spotlight hack on our site(we use it because it rotates displayed story spotlight something thats lacking from a lot) but this is fantastic!
At any rate, just tested this locally and all seemd to work fine cant wait to try it out on the site/mod it up to suit etc. -Maybe even get ambitous and try and blend the two of these spotlights.-

Thank you very much for you work. I was waiting long ago for this module, I think it is very useful. I also made a quick installation on one of my sites which needed desperately your release :).

Does this allow you to pick the order of the news articles?

so if you already have it installed.. you should uninstall the old.. and install the new..
Blockadmin was taken out..
template files have a different file extension..
has an autospotlight feature that SMD put in.(you can set how many recent news articles to automatically show)
More language constants were put in.

i'll make an announcement with more info later tomorrow.. 24hours from now.. busy week.

oh... the preferences are set in the block 'XM-Spotlight News Block' and then the news tab in the module.
