There are many web based graph producing utilities, would be fantastic for the community to have one for XOOPS.

Ultimately for me, automation of graph production from module data such as xhelp helpdesk would be great.

I think any reporting modules would be hugely beneficial taking XOOPs to another level.

These would benefit communities (understanding trends, attracting sponsors and partners) and Intranets (commercial reporting and analysis).


This is where I would like to see XOOPS add some value.

Maybe something for the future?

Yes.

As far as I am aware this just reports visits, hits and page views as with any website stats generator.


I am talking more about reporting on the data a module generates. HelpDesk (xhelp) as an example: logs created per month, logs created per department per month. Logs open and closed per month etc.

If any existing stats module can do this I would be very interested to know?

There is not one that I know about. But you could build your own based on NoAh.
or xfstats.

I looked over at dev.xoops.org for the modules but im running late to work. If you don't find them I will for you tonight.

And an interesting list to look through.

There is a "JiaReports" which might fit the bill but currently only in the planning stage :(
