I installed XOOPS with the WOW theme,
But it takes up full screen, I like to create a nice top banner but that wont work if it does this, so I want a steady size for my blocks, How can I do this?


Second question:
I like to add a forum and some other php apps.
If I use the same Database would it use the same user accounts as the login to the website.

And what is the name of this nice msg board


and last question, how can I as admin scan the sign ups so I wont get direct registered rights, to prevent spam,

so I cannot resize the block's by putting the size down,
Here is my site for an sample, I want to cut down the full screen to about 70%

the page seem to stretch towards the size of your screen, so the top banner looks real bad on widescreen
