Blocks not working for me.

Hi
I am trying to make a a left and right column on my website using the left and right block system.

Only the left block is working as it should, the other blocks arn't working, the basic area works but nothing is showing up in them?

I have tested them under different goups and configurations and it isn't working.

Anybody any ideas.

maybe the theme doesn't have the 3rd column, further more info will be nice like XOOPS version and theme used
