Hey guys i have been turning grey really quickly in the last few weeks trying to get XOOPS to install properly with nebb and news and wf downloads... hell just newbb would be nice to get running...

with all this said is there anyone that has a full working copy of XOOPS core with newbb and news in one package already to upload and install with no php error and or needing editing?.... everything i have tried from the downloads has errors or blank pages or just doesn't install at all... and yes i have read and read and read nothing i have tried has worked for me.....

anyone that would like to get the #OOPS# thing up and running plase contact me....i'm 30 and have more grey hair than my dad does and he's 60...lol..

Go tohttp://helpxoops.info register and check things out. You'll find a list of operable modules there (newbb has numerous problems that are all but impossible to debug and when you hit one it's all over, try newbbex instead).

I'd guess your are experiencing a number of problems including:

1. php versions
2. MySQL versions
3. ftp incomplete uploads (happens to me all the time)
