cant install module CBB 2.32

I have downloaded the CBB 2.32 forum module. And I have uploaded the Newbb module to the modules folder and the css file to all my templates. But it does not show up in the modules admin section. How do i get this to install. I am know newbie to a cms style site. But XOOPS does not make it easy to install anything to your site. Please help.

If you are using XOOPS 2.0.16 - do not use CBB 2.32 - use CBB 3.08 which is available from dev.xoops.org

There are 2 other sets of files to download as well from dev.xoops: xoopseditor and Frameworks. These both come with instructions of where they live in the downloads.
