I do know how to make blocks, but how do i make pages for my XOOPS site? i tried everything but it doesn't work

New users should always checkout the following:
1. Documentation - linked on the left. Specifically the administration manual
2. The FAQ section - linked on the left - specifically the sections on gloassry, beginners first steps, modules, blocks and themes. There are links to visual tutorials here.
3. The search function on the top right.
Please check also the read B4U post link below if you have problems.

for normal content pages you chose a module like Pages, News or Smartsection. Download, install the module in the administration panel and you are ready to get started creating pages and even sorting them by the groups and/or categories/topics you have created so you can make specialized view/create/approve options among the content you have created if you like. After creating the pages you might need a custom menu with your own links to the content created so you download the module Mulitmenu and make this and activate the blocks for the content to display them where you want on the page
