How to use theme for 2.01x on 2.2.3

Greetings to all
I found one theme made for 2.0.1 but I use 2.2.3. Theme can bee seen at this link

Does anyone have idea how can I make this theme to work on 2.2.3!

This theme is for 2.0.14 upwards only...
