custom center bottem block not displaying

I have my main page set as news and if I set any block to center bottom, it will not display. Why is this and is there a way around it?

What is your theme? It may need to be updated to be suitable with the bottom blocks layout.

To test if it is ok, you may switch to default theme.

YEA! Yeah the theme I had downloaded and modified did not have the code for those blocks. Now I just have to modify the style of it to match the rest of the site! Thanks!
