Can't see all topics in News 1.44

I have just started using News 1.44 and have so far set up three topics. All of them show up OK in Topic Manager, but only two can be seen in the News block or when submitting news. Tried logging out/in, and clearing cache. Thanks in advance for any ideas!

Using XOOPS 2.0.15, default template set, PHP 5.1.1, MySQL 5.0.18, Apache 2.2.0, Opera 9.02 (but same problem with IE).

Hi

This module is very strict with permissions ->check this.

Thanks a lot, christian! Permissions were the problem. I'd added a new topic, but not updated permissions to include it. I'm learning!
