The install went well. Left blocks will display but no center or right blocks will display. I have set block and group permissions. The only thing that will display in the center is Administration modules.

I have searched the forums, FAQ's, and googled the subject but can't find an answer. Can anyone help point me in the right direction or provide a fix.

Also and debug setting other than OFF results in blank screen.
