Modifying the Header Logo and adding a copyright at the bottom

I would like to modify the header logo as well as putting a content copyright notice at the bottom of my site.

I have searched around and I can't find the answer.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

modify the header logo is done by replacing the existing logo image from your theme with the one you want
Copyright notice at the bottom is set by editing "footer" text from the admin side ==> preferences ==> Meta Tags and Footer
