I could really use some help in sorting out an issue I'm having with a new XOOPS site I just installed. I've installed XOOPS before, but never run into troubles. Here are the details:

Operating System: Unix

A full description of the issue:
I've installed XOOPS ver. 2.0.15 on a Yahoo! hosted server, this was a new install not an upgrade. I ran through the install without issue. When I load up the home page for the Web site, I get the following:
The header and footers display, as well as the headers for the login and Main Menu blocks. However, none of the content for those blocks is displayed. So, I have no way to login to the site and no main menu buttons. I've turned on debug mode via PHPMyAdmin and I'm not receiving any error messages, which is really confusing me.
Does anyone have an idea of what might be causing this to occur?
