I keep going to several XOOPS websites and the only thing I see in my browser besides graphics are ????????? all over the pages.

For example, if I look at:
http://www.kuri3.net/modules/weblog/details.php?blog_id=68

I see ???????.

Is there a way for me to download a language or a setting to change in my Browser to fix this?

Hi JamesSAEP,

The page you are trying to see is japanese, and therefore require that your computer is able to display japanese signs. I, too, hate to see all those questionmarks, so I usualy select to install all languages when I install my opperative systems. You can add them, too.
You don't need to install the input methods (on windows it's called IME) unless you also want to be able to write it.

If you just want to read the page, then you can use services such as translate.google.com.
