Hi, can u recommend me a good module to write tutorials and reviews?..

i used 2.0.14 and want if possible pagination with select box (ability to paginate and add a title to each page) and spotlight block that supports images for each article.

I have smartsection installed but i think have a problem with XOOPS 2.0.14 (i have problems indeed with it and have recently upgrade).

ta in advance

Maybe you're looking for something like thishttp://performingartsnews.com/modules/article/

Take a look at Article module athttp://dev.xoops.org/modules/xfmod/project/?article Although it's still labeled as RC2, a lot of people is using it on their production sites.

Can someone tell me what settings need to be made to have the article top index page look like the website referenced above?

I want to display it that way, no with categories.

my guess is that no categories are created or they have chosen to hid the blocks that indicate categories....personally i think with that many articles there should be categories for easier navigation.

The site's owner has the page set to display four categories (General, Acting, Writing, and Production) with three articles per category, and each article's image displayed to the left of the lead paragraph.

Back to the original question about article/tutorials. I haven't tried either of these modules, but they were made expressly for tutorials. The second one looks promising.

ecoTut 1.2

MyTutorials v2.1b

https://xoops.org/modules/repository/singlefile.php?cid=100&lid=1240

One caveat concerning the Article module. It is still a release candidate - lots of great features, but still a litte quirky.
