i can't find how to lock topics in cbb help

how do i lock topics? i can delete them, but i can't find how to lock them, i've looked under edit i've clicked the drop down menu and no option so how do i do it?

im using cbb 3.04 in XOOPS 2.2

Don't know if it helps but when we work in xoops.org it is in the topic options dropdown for moderators.

its not there, im the admin i gave myself all privilages theres no "sticky" option no lock option no split option, its weird

EDIT:click, hover and print are only options

well i dunno hat happened maybe i was missing a file or something but im able to lock topics now, so i don't need help anymore
