im getting this weird error with xHelp .... anyone know the problem?

i have custom fields added to the form and when i choose a different department those custom fields disappear

Sorry, I am not so good with this but it may help if you noted which version of XOOPS you are running etc as there are some things different and some modules work better (or not at all with others).

I have installed the module and starting to set up so I may be able to help in a while just not up to speed on it.

2.0.13 i believe..... i love the script but that 1 part isnt working :(

it basically only comes up when i add a custom field into 1 department and i change from 1 department to another

if running a custom template set, replace your custom template for xhelp_addTicket.html with the one from the release package. If not running a custom template set, update the xhelp module in system -> modules

sorry im sort of new at xoops. when you say custom template you mean 1 i made or a theme i downloaded from this site? because i am using 1 i downloaded

also im not sure how to replace the custom template with xhelp_addTicket.html

and.... i updated the module and same problem continues

Version of xHelp?
Site template set (System -> Preferences -> General Settings -> "Default Template Set")?
Site URL?

im using version 0.78

i have a test XOOPS on my site so i'll give you the link that xhelp can be used by visitors :)
http://endcruelty.com/xoops/modules/xhelp/anon_addTicket.php
the default department is test1 but if you choose test2 thats when that error message comes up

xHelp uses javascript to update the add ticket form with the custom fields for each department. It looks like one of the variables used by the javascript conflicts with one in the clock.js script included with your theme.

I'll have a patched version of the javascript available shortly.

I have written a bug report for this issue and linked to the patched version of the /xhelp/include/function.js script in within it.

Please try this version of the function.js script and let me know if there are any issues.
