How to move message that I'm getting in left block - like file successfully added, database updated, array and so on to center block???

Are the messages appearing on your live front page or in your admin?

If it is something coming up in a block on your front pages you need to look at what blocks you have assigned to be visable and if so where...for this you need to go to your blocks admin. If it is in your admin pages I am of no help to you.
