My registeration process stoped working :( I am getting the message:
_US_NOREGISTER

Please help.

This is my system overview:

XOOPS Version:
XOOPS 2.2.4

XOOPS Theme:
xmt

XOOPS Template Set:
default

PHP Version:
4.4.2

MySQL Version:
5.0.15

Server Software:
Servage.net Cluster (Enhanced Apache) (Unix) mod_ssl/2.8.15 OpenSSL/0.9.7f mod_fastcgi/2.4.2 mod_perl/1.29 PHP/4.4.2

User's Browser:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1)

It's a matter of module setings...just go to the preferences of Extended Profiles module and select "Yes" at "Allow new user registration?" field

hmmm I'm not an expert but it seems you are using XOOPS 2.2.4 that has a "NOT RECOMENDED" label for productions sites...and your .register.php doesn't redirects users to /modules/profile/register.php which seems to work just fine and allow registration

SOLVED

JUST COPIED A FRRESH REGISTER FILE FROM UPDATE PACKAGE AND UPDATED THE SYTEM
