Indeed the website is now turned off. Last night I sent en email explaing that the logo that he copied was copyright and asked that he remove it.

The Pahandle Gateway site is the only site that I do not openly acknowledge Xoops, however, all code credits have been untouched and left intact. I have two other sites using XOOPS that I have a site credits page that includes XOOPS and the theme designer.
