gOOD DAY MASTERS,

I'm just wondering if XOOPS has a module where a registered user can upload and download files (zip or not). But no other user can see or download these files except him and the administrator.

Hope you have developed one.

not sure about meeting your requirements of only user & admin, but check HERE
or search for PD downloads, again not sure about either, but I think they're your best shot.
