changed block theme doesn't show

Hi!
When I change the theme_blockcenter_l.html or any of the other block theme files, the changes don't show in the browser - even if I delete the cached files and force a reload of the page. How can I force the new files to show?

Make certain your Admin>>Preferences>>General Settings >>Update module template .html files from themes/your theme/templates directory? is set to YES.

DOUGH! I forgot to change the include directory

<{include file="default/theme_blockcenter_l.html"}>

to the name of my theme
