Another page that is pretty good is This One that lets you put in the color code you want and test it in real time on their site.

This link won't give you a color chart but it will tell you what hex codes your favorite site (or website that has a palette you really like) uses.

My favourite for web-smart colours:

I find the 'slider' is particularly useful.
