Yes I have change XOOPS_URL - the XOOPS_ROOT_PATH it the same.
With this settings it work without problems.

define('XOOPS_URL', 'http://mirc.home.pl/xoops');

With this not :(

This is only one change that I made.
If you go to
http://mirc.home.pl/xoops you can see that script work (site at work message).
But when you go direct to xoops.pl - it bringt only errors.
