How do I put back the user(member) I deleted

The only way would be to restore the database from a backup. If you don't make backups yourself, then maybe you could ask your host whether they keep backups.

just one user i deleted yesterday

and i have uid#

u need the backup.. then you would have to import the data back in with phpmyadmin..

if u don't have a backup, then you could re register the user and manually change his uid to the previous 1 by editing the database..
